Do I have to create an account?
No. The order form and the checkout both work without one, and the practice platform stores your progress in your own browser rather than on our servers.
How do you decide the price?
For writing and technical work: a base page rate, multiplied by academic level and by how urgent the deadline is. The calculator on the order form shows every component, so you can see exactly why a figure is what it is. A full class is quoted by hand because the variables — weeks remaining, grading weights, how much is already graded — are too specific for a formula.
What if the work is not what I asked for?
Tell us and it gets revised. If the finished work does not match the brief you gave, revision is free. Being honest about this matters more than being cheap: the failure mode we care about is a student submitting something they are not confident in.
Is my information kept private?
Your details are used to deliver the work and nothing else. We do not resell completed work, and we do not share your identity with anyone outside the specialist handling your task.
